Google Maps rating display
We retrieve the average rating and review count from Google Maps through our server. Your browser does not connect directly to Google for this display; your IP address and browser data are not forwarded to Google. If current values are unavailable, we show only the link to reviews on Google Maps. Google Maps/Google Earth terms and Google’s privacy policy apply to Google Maps content.

Protecting your personal data is very important to us. Below, we inform you about which data is collected on our website and how it is used.
2. Access data / server log files
When you visit our website, the web server automatically records data about access, such as browser type, operating system, IP address, date, and time. These data are used solely for statistical purposes and to ensure operational security.
3. Newsletter
We store your email address and chosen language for the newsletter. You receive a link to confirm your subscription. The newsletter is activated only after you confirm. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
4. Reservation requests
When you send a reservation request, we process the data you provide solely to handle your request and to contact you.
5. Google Maps
By loading the map, you consent to your IP address and browser data being sent to Google Ireland Limited. Google may set cookies and process data in the USA. The map is optional; you can use our contact details without enabling it.
Your permission applies only to this page. Select “Close map” to stop the embedded map. This does not undo data already transferred.
We load Google Maps only with your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where information is stored on or read from your device, section 25(1) TDDDG. Permission is required again on your next page visit.
6. Webfonts and icons
Fonts and icons are served from our own hosting. This does not establish a connection to Google Fonts or external icon libraries.
7. Your rights
You have the right at any time to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to the processing of your data.
8. Cookies
Simply reading our public pages does not set a session cookie. The KSLIVESESSID session cookie is used for form security only when you use a form, explicitly activate it without JavaScript, or open a newsletter confirmation or unsubscribe link. It is not used for advertising or visitor analytics and lasts for the browser session.
The necessary form session helps protect against forged and duplicate requests. Its basis is section 25(2)(2) TDDDG; processing to provide the forms securely is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Embedded Google Maps may use their own cookies after your separate permission.
